Cabto Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a cancellation, your booked vehicle should not be in transit and the following conditions are applicable for our travel segments listed below. Please note that this refund policy is not applicable for other segments which are are available on-app but are not listed below.

Outstation Refund Policy

When you cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the time of departure, you will be charged 5% of the final bill as processing fee. Any cancellation which come in less than 24 hours of pickup time no refund will credited back to the customer. No modifications to booking are allowed once booking is done.

Luxury & Self Drive Refund Policy

All cancellations to be made against the booking ID provided at the time of booking the car.

For Daily Rentals:

1. If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time, rental amount and Loss Damage Waiver charges (if applicable) for one day will be deducted along with 10% processing fee on rest of the refund amount from the booking amount.

2. If booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pick up time, no rental will be deducted, only 10% processing fee will be charged on the refund amount.

3. If booking is cancelled at or after pick up time, no refund will be provided.

4. For Hourly Rentals – No refund will be provided in case of hourly rental booking.

Refund Policy

1. Refund will be initiated from our team  within 2 Business days.

2. It may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Inveit IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Bike Rental Refund Policy:

1. Less than 24 hrs before the pick up time: 100% rental charges will be withheld and security deposit will be refunded.

2. Between 24-48 hrs of the pick up time: 50% rental charges will be withheld.

3. 48 hrs or more prior to the pick up time: 10% rental charges will be withheld.

Note:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Once your booking is cancelled, we will send you an email to notify you that we have cancelled your booking. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cabto.in.

Coupon Application

Coupons if applied can be deducted from the final bill of the booking. In case there is an issue in the application of coupons, please check our offers page in the app and verify if the coupon is legit or not. Whatever amount is present as a final bill amount only that will be calculated for refund if the booking is cancelled. If your coupon code is present in the offers page and is still not getting applied, please contact us on info@cabto.in.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
